Bought this cookbook as it was rated so high. I would not give it a star. Can't find anything by the index you have to page through the whole book. As a beginner with the air fryer I d leave this one on the bookstore shelve.
This cookbook reads as if it was written in a different language (not English) and then poorly translated into English.
Michelle Dorrance wrote me an email asking if I would read her book because I reviewed another similar to hers. I did read through most of her book and was pleasantly surprised at how many good recipes were in the book. I gave it 4 stars because some directions were confusing. After rereading a few times, I figured out what she finally meant.This is a great book for beginners. Lots of information on how to begin using an air fryer and some info on newest fryers on the market.Thank you, Michelle, for asking me to read and review your book.
Really annoyed that I got cold called with a spammy email asking to review this ebook in exchange for a free copy. Not sure why you would think i would work for a free word doc, clearly the author has a very low opinion of me! Plus it is against amazons terms to give reviews in exchange for free stuff so will be reporting this person to amazon.
Excellent cookbook on air fryer! I was searching this book from last couple of days, and finally, I got this book on amazon kindle store. This book is really amazing and gives you more than 100 recipes that don’t just claim to be healthy, these are truly healthy. This book will help you in loss weight with complete nutrition information. The author has explained all the recipes with beautiful images also. I was impressed by getting this book, and I would like to recommend this book to collect.
This is a good book.The book is well written. All recipes are understandable and well-written. The author also shared recipes on nutrition and is very convenient when you are looking for something new.

She is a chef instructor in the culinary program at the University of New Mexico-Taos, personal chef, career coach, and a corporate consultant offering wellness training, brand representation, and strategic planning services.
